Main event is a good place to with family and friends. Really enjoyed the bowling,laser tag, & arcade!! Mack had excellent service! He was super friendly, quick, and very helpful with any questions we had! 10/10 would come again.
A very good place to spend time with the whole family or friends. My daughter played for the first time and was simply delighted! I was pleasantly surprised that there is a stand for easier play for children.
We stopped in on a Friday after while in DFW area for my husband’s school. Allen was our waiter. Very helpful, informative and patient. The restrooms were super clean. The food was all delicious.
We had my daughter's 10th birthday party here. Our host TJ was awesome. She was so nice and very attentive to anything we needed. She kept us abroad of the time and the flow of the party went so smooth. Every bit of the service was excellent. Highly recommend getting TJ if you can!
This is the cleanest Main Event I've ever been to. The games were all working, prize area was well organized and stocked. I went to 3 other main events in the area this past month and they were all a mess. I come for the games and the other ones had broken machines or faulty mechanics in the ticket games. I didn't find one broken or fault machine here. I would take my friends to this one even though the drive is a little further because of how much nicer it is. The manager, Destiny, was super nice as I had to compliment how well maintained the place was. I love arcades and travel and always visit all the arcade and this was one of the best I've visited.
Recently had a family reunion fun day and the staff were amazing, attentive and effective communicators. It was a smooth process for reserving and confirming leading up to the event. Thank you all so much!
The food was amazing.. The pizza was amazing.. if you want a awesome cheese stick.. Come to Main Event.. the cheese pull game is real.. The funnel cake sticks was enough for 4 people to share.. Sooooo good... All around a fun place that I will come again..
Came to Main Event to take my daughter on a play date with her friend and we (mothers) set at the bar enjoyed the football game and Allen helped us with food choices and drinks. He was so attentive and had great customer service! Would absolutely recommend a night out here
